In 2025, Truluck’s Raised $70,000 Through The Year-Round “Press On” Program, A Give-Back Initiative In Partnership With Katz Coffee, Truluck’s Sole Coffee Provider. Katz Coffee is Texas’ largest specialty coffee roaster, focused on roasting small batch and sourcing the finest green coffee beans from farmers around the world, ensuring each batch is roasted with care and purpose. With “Press On,” Truluck’s guests can play a direct role in supporting veterans simply by enjoying one of the signature coffee offerings. Throughout the partnership, Truluck’s team members have also supported Veterans through monthly community meals served to Camp Hope residents, strengthening the relationship beyond financial contributions. To date, the Truluck’s team has served seven meals, offering Veterans a warm, restaurant-quality dining experience. The partnership kicked off in 2025 with a festive seafood boil and prime rib dinner, and has since evolved into a rotating spread of comforting, chef-prepared favorites, from rich crab and corn chowder and crisp, fresh salads to hearty classics like meatloaf, slow-braised pot roast, and roasted chicken, all thoughtfully paired with satisfying sides and a delectable touch of dessert. “Truluck’s is proud to partner with the PTSD Foundation of America and serve the brave Veterans in our communities,” said Chris Davis, Truluck’s Operating Partner. “The mission of Camp Hope deeply resonates with our team, and while Military Appreciation Month offers an important moment to honor their service, our commitment extends far beyond a single month. Supporting the healing, resilience, and well-being of our nation’s Veterans is a cause we carry with us year-round, and one that remains deeply personal to all of us at Truluck’s.” Camp Hope, located in Houston, Texas, provides a safe and supportive residential environment for Veterans coping with combat-related PTSD, offering peer mentoring, counseling resources, and community support designed to help veterans regain stability and purpose.
