Remembering October 7th At The Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach

The commemorative program is designed as both a tribute and an opportunity for collective reflection. Throughout the day, visitors will be invited to take part in a series of meaningful activities intended to preserve memory while encouraging resilience and a renewed commitment to confronting hatred.

Among the planned activities will be a reading of the names of those whose lives were lost. The solemn recitation will offer participants an opportunity to remember the victims individually, transforming names into personal reminders of the human lives behind the tragedy. Candle-lighting ceremonies will provide another moment of remembrance, inviting members of the community to pause together in honor of those who died and those whose lives were forever changed.

The day's programming will also include opportunities for personal reflection and special educational activities at the Memorial's Education Center.
