In 2019, Amir had taken notice of the growing popularity of hookah lounges and bars in South Florida and realized that they were missing the deep traditions and roots of hookah culture and the lack of upscale hookah lounges. Recalling his home town in Cairo, a communal environment that offered comfort and a sense of unity, he began to envision a different kind of hookah lounge that would embody those same values.

In 2019, Amir brought that vision to life and Ambrosia was born. The product of meticulous planning and deep emotional investment, Ambrosia is a conceptual hookah lounge forged on the hybridization of authentic traditions, innovation, and the ability to submerge the senses in delight.

As soon as you enter Ambrosia, you are immersed in a unique ambience. A tastefully decorated gorgeous Moroccan Motif and stunning light fixtures and seating areas epitomize comfort and class, while creating an environment that’s perfect for unwinding, socializing, and having an overall great time. To create an authentic feel, all fabrics and furniture materials were hand selected, and custom designed and imported from Egypt, giving guests a uniquely exotic sense of location. Lamps and chandeliers were also imported from Egypt and beautifully compliment the décor, providing warm and inviting lighting. The wall art at Ambrosia was brilliantly crafted over several days of laborious painting by a local artist, and the result is a multi-layered masterpiece, rich in depth and color.

One of the things that makes Ambrosia so different from other Hookah lounges, is the impressive way in which they are able to balance the more relaxing and laid-back elements of a typical hookah lounge with the lively and energetic ambience of the nightclub scene. The warm and friendly accommodating staff go above and beyond to ensure that each guest is treated like family. You will find that Ambrosia is best suited for casual socialization from 8 PM-10 PM.

“8-10 on Monday and Tuesday is the best time to chill, and converse with friends,” says Amir, “We’re also offering Happy Hour 2 for 1 on wine and champagne by the glass, and beers.”

The drink menu at Ambrosia features a wide variety of carefully selected choices, ranging from delicious affordable wines and fine wines to Vintage champagnes. You can choose from Ruby Red Rose from the South of France, Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, or Caymus Cabernet from Napa Valley or you can treat yourself to Don Perignon Brut or Vintage Don Perignon Rose, as well as many more.

Naturally, Ambrosia is renowned for its hookahs and tobacco. Here you will only find reasonably priced top shelf products. Ambrosia provides a wide variety of highly coveted Russian Tobacco brands such as Element, with numerous flavors to choose from. House blends are crafted by Hookah Master and Alchemist, Vlad, who dedicates himself to bringing you an exotic mix of flavors and sensorial delights and can accommodate any taste or flavor. You will find that Ambrosia uses only the highest quality Hookah’s imported from Russia that deliver the ultimate smoking experience including but not limited to; Alpha Hookah, Mattpear Hookah, and Mexanika.

Music picks up and the party starts to get hot after 10 pm, all the way to 2 am every night (currently Ambrosia is in the process of getting a nightclub license that will allow it to remain open until 6 AM, stay tuned for the announcement). On Wednesday’s, Ambrosia hosts a highly successful Karaoke night featuring songs in a variety of languages. And from Thursday to Friday Ambrosia features a live DJ who comes on after 10 pm.

Ambrosia also hosts a variety of events and on Saturdays, the party reaches its pinnacle. Every week it’s a surprise; you might find belly dancers, go-go dancers, drummers, or aerial acrobatics at this lively venue. Ambrosia is an ideal venue to celebrate your birthday or any special occasion as many of their customers currently do. Whatever the event is, there’s no shortage of fun at Ambrosia. Most recently, they hosted a magical acrobatic show for the 4th of July, featuring cirque de soleil performers.

At Ambrosia, you’ll also find a variety of delectable bites with options to choose from gourmet meats and cheeses, and seasonal fruit platters.
