CORSAIR Kitchen & Bar Brunch 52

Named the 52 – as the menu items change 52 weeks of the year – CORSAIR Brunch 52 includes à la carte items, unlimited mimosas and Aperol spritzes, and seafood and dessert bars. Made-to-order dishes include French Toast with a graham cracker-crusted brioche, Key lime meringue and mint; Breakfast Skillet with Buffalo chicken, cheese fondue, blue cheese, scallions and celery; Mac n’ Cheese with crab, Old Bay, and panko breadcrumbs; and Eggs Benedict with fried onion rings, KC BBQ beef "burnt ends," poached egg and classic hollandaise, among others.
