
Reggae Star Maxi Priest To Headline Free Caribbean Heritage Celebration At ArtsPark

The City Of Hollywood Will Host An Evening Of Live Music, Caribbean Culture, And Family-Friendly Entertainment On Saturday, June 28th At ArtsPark At Young Circle In Downtown Hollywood. Gates Open At 5:00 p.m. And The Event Begins At 6:00 p.m. Admission Is Free.
Presented by Rhythm Foundation with support from the City of Hollywood, this celebration honors Caribbean American Heritage Month and features Internationally Renowned Reggae Artist Maxi Priest as the headlining act. Known for blending reggae with R&B, Priest has achieved global recognition, including a number one pop hit and a career spanning four decades. His contributions to music were recently honored with his induction into the Jamaica Music Museum Hall of Fame and the Reggae Walk of Fame.
In addition to Maxi Priest, the event includes performances by Lee Kelly & the Green House Band, special guests, and host Tanto Irie of Hot 105’s Reggae Ride. Attendees can also enjoy authentic flavors at the on-site Caribbean Food Village.

Friday, June 27th will be the last ArtsPark Movie Night for the summer, as lawn maintenance will be taking place beginning in July. Movie Nights are expected to return in early fall. More updates will be shared as the season approaches.
