This Summer, The Museum Of Discovery And Science (MODS) Invites Families To Discover Hands-On Experiences, Immersive Films, Family Traditions And Unforgettable Adventures All Season Long. Leading The Summer Lineup Is The Opening Phase Of Build A Better World: The Future Begins With You, Featuring New Experiences That Connect Science, Nature, Resilience And Discovery Through The Everglades Theater And Atlantic And Indo-Pacific Coral Reef Habitats.
Designed to inspire curiosity and action, Build a Better World: The Future Begins with You invites guests to explore how science, technology and positive character strengths can help shape a more resilient future for South Florida and beyond. Through immersive environments and interactive experiences, guests can discover the importance of protecting ecosystems, caring for the natural world and working together to solve real-world challenges.

MODS' new Build a Better World: The Future Begins with You exhibit gallery invites guests to explore South Florida's ecosystems and discover the science behind building a more sustainable and resilient future.
At the heart of the experience is the Everglades Theater, where guests are invited on an interactive adventure with Lilly, MODS' AI-powered otter guide and companion through the Everglades. Come talk with Lilly, ask questions, discover fascinating facts and even enjoy one of her otter-worthy jokes before exploring immersive simulators and hands-on environmental challenges. Along the way, guests will tackle real-world scenarios such as managing water flow, reducing light pollution, planting mangroves, removing invasive species and restoring wetland connections.
The adventure continues beneath the surface with the Atlantic and Indo-Pacific Coral Reef Habitats, where colorful underwater ecosystems reveal the remarkable connections between marine life, biodiversity and conservation. Traveling Exhibit Spotlight: The Science of Guinness World Records

This immersive traveling exhibit invites guests to explore the science behind extraordinary human accomplishments through interactive challenges that test speed, memory, reaction time, strength and endurance.
