Gulfstream Park Village’s Yoga Fun Day will take place on Sunday, Dec. 12, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and brings the best of the South Florida community together for a beautiful day of movement, meditation and fun. The premiere yoga, wellness and plant-based food festival is a family-friendly event featuring over 25+ yoga classes, health and wellness workshops, community talks, live music, The Healing Zone and Vendor Village.

Yoga Fun Day Miami is for all ages and abilities, with fun workshops for the mind, body, and soul. The yoga and wellness festival will include beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga classes taught by certified local and international instructors. Classes will include yoga, belly dancing, YogaShape, Yoga Nidra, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Acro yoga, Hooping, aerial yoga, meditation, and more. There will also be children’s yoga classes in the Kids Zone. All classes and workshops will take place outside.

There will be live music throughout the day on two stages, including DJ Kahela Heal and DJ Bumi who will be spinning tunes all day from Center Stage and the Fire Flies Stage, as well as other performances by FeminAfrika, a women's drumming group, Mystic Mantra, Karina Skye, kirtan bands and more.

Guests can enjoy free parking and shuttles and are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer, yoga mats, yoga props, water, and food/snacks. Food for purchase will be available onsite from plant-based food vendors and local restaurants.
