Royale Pizza Napoletana, The Highly Anticipated Tokyo-Style Neapolitan Pizzeria Opening This October On Miami Beach, Has Been Named By Robb Report As One Of "The 15 Most Exciting Restaurant Openings In America This Fall."
The national recognition comes before Royale has even opened its doors, placing the Miami Beach newcomer alongside some of the country's most anticipated restaurant debuts this season.
In its Fall restaurant preview, Robb Report spotlighted Royale's arrival in Miami and the powerhouse talent behind the concept, including Chef Bun of Tokyo's legendary Savoy, who will bring his meticulous approach to Tokyo-style Neapolitan pizza to South Florida.
Royale Pizza Napoletana is the brainchild of Entrepreneur and Restaurateur Jess Varughese, the creator of Miami's members-only dining concept Haiku. The restaurant will mark the first Tokyo-style Neapolitan pizza restaurant in South Florida and Chef Bun's stateside arrival.
Joining Bun and Varughese are Haiku Executive Chef Albert Diaz, formerly of Zuma London and Zuma Miami, and Pizzaiola Dalila Sabatino, who has worked with both Chef Bun and Pizzeria Sei's William Joo.
Set in a 65-seat, fast-casual-style space at 1680 Meridian Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33139 Royale will serve a tightly curated menu built around its 30-plus-hour fermented pizza dough, fired in an 800-degree oven. The restaurant will offer walk-in dining, takeout and delivery when it opens this Fall.
