The new lease agreements include a 1,380-Square-Foot Space at Shadowood Square, a prominent shopping center at 9887 Glades Road, Boca Raton, Florida 33434; a 1,599-Square-Foot storefront at Blu Aventura, a mixed-use residential and retail development located at 2400 Northeast 187th Street, Aventura, Florida 33180; and a 1,361-Square-Foot location at Modera Coral Springs, a mixed-use community at 3362 North University Drive, Coral Springs, Florida 33065.
