Four-Legged Holiday Fun

December 9, 2021

Humane Society of Broward County education dogs Reggie and Ralphie want to invite kids of all ages to their Holiday Shopping event on Saturday, December 11th, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the education center located on the second floor of the shelter.

According to Caroline Crane, VP of Education, “this is a unique holiday shopping opportunity for kids of all ages to purchase gifts for their two and four-legged family members. Prices range from $1.00 - $10.00 and funds raised from the event benefit the shelter’s programs and services.” Teen volunteers can assist the little shoppers, while their parents or guardians can wait behind a partition and enjoy holiday treats – that way their gifts will be a real surprise. In addition, the HSBC Senior’s Club will be hosting a bake sale.

The Humane Society of Broward County is located at 2070 Griffin Road, 1 block west of I-95 on the south side of the street. For more details, contact Caroline at: ccrane@hsbroward.com. Or at: (954) 266-6815.
