
Hollywood Earth Day Brings Community Together For A Greener Cause

The City Of Hollywood Invites Residents And Visitors To Celebrate Earth Day At Hollywood Earth Day: Caring For Our Community Together On Saturday, April 25th, 2026 From 9:00 a.m. To 1:00 p.m. On Hollywood Beach At 300 Johnson Street, Hollywood, Florida 33019.
This free, family-friendly event highlights simple, everyday ways to reduce waste and protect the environment while connecting the community with local sustainability efforts.
In support of eco-friendly practices, the event will be plastic-free. Attendees are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles, bags, and utensils. Compost bins will be available on-site to help minimize waste.
A variety of community partners and organizations will be on hand to share information and resources, including the City of Hollywood’s Recycling & Waste Reduction program, the Sustainability Advisory Committee, Eco Ed Impact Corp, Heal the Planet, PeaceCycle, Renuable Compost Company, Sea Turtle Oversight Protection and: www.Volunteercleanup.org, among others.
The event offers an opportunity to learn about sustainable living, discover local initiatives, and find ways to get involved in protecting Hollywood’s natural environment. Residents are encouraged to stop by, connect with local changemakers, and take part in building a cleaner, greener community.
