"I could see that Hollywood is a growing city with a huge diversity in the community and I wanted to be able to reach a lot of different people," stated owner Kamala Olivia, when asked why she chose this location.

In addition to treatments, Glow Refinery offers a full range of products from GlyMed Plus and DMK. These skincare lines are designed to help properly care for and maintain optimum skin health and beauty, with some items specialized for specific skin types and issues. They also offer brow lamination and lash lifting training, some of which can be done on-line.

Personalized Facials include: the Deep Pore Cleansing Facial for $189, Quickie Glow for $99 and the Customized No Peel Chemical Peel for $259. Waxing services include: Eyebrow Shaping for $29, Underarm for $35 and Men’s Back for $65, with other add-ons available. Eyebrow and eyelash services are priced from $45 to $150, according to the work being done. Packages and memberships are also available.

Glow Refinery is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday to Saturday and is closed on Sunday. After-hours appointments are available for an additional fee.

Downtown Hollywood offers on-street metered parking for $1.50 per hour, as well as municipal garage parking for $1 per hour. Municipal garage locations are 251 South 20th Avenue (between Harrison Street and Van Buren Streets) and at 251 North 19th Avenue (between Tyler Street and Polk Streets).
