The Annual Wine Spectator’s Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival (PBFWF) And Presented By RBC Wealth Management, Known For Its Star-Studded Chef Collaborations And Unforgettable Beverage And Dining Experiences, Has Announced Its Highly Anticipated Four-Day Lineup, Taking Place Thursday, December 10th, 2026 Through Sunday, December 13th, 2026. This Year’s Festival Features 24 Events Combining Fan Favorites And New Reveals, Offering Guests The Best In Food, Wine, And Hospitality Across Palm Beach County. As part of PBFWF’s continued charitable endeavors, this will mark their fourth year donating a portion of proceeds to benefit the important work of the Els for Autism Foundation, a Non-Profit Organization serving individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families around the world. Guests can look forward to one-night-only collaborations between master chefs, delightful walk-around tastings, private dinners, and both kid-friendly and adult cooking class options. Aside from welcoming back treasured events, Festival organizers are thrilled to debut two new brunches such as Arthur Sons’ Disco Brunch, a can’t-miss two-day pop up with the famous New Orleans creole eatery, Brennan’s at Pistache, topped off with a show-stopping Bollywood dinner.
The 19th Annual PBFWF continues soaring to new heights with its vast selection of wine and spirits through its partnership with Wine Spectator, renowned for spotlighting the finest in food and wine craftsmanship. The Festival opens Thursday night with four returning favorites—including three multi-course, seated dinners at Buccan, Stage Kitchen & Bar, and Florie’s at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, along with a walk-around-tasting at Oceano—each beginning at 7:00 p.m.
• The First Bite featuring Terlato Wines — Chef Clay Conley welcomes acclaimed guest Chefs James London, Dean Neff and Jonathon Sawyer for a five-course, family-style seated dinner featuring a menu embracing bold ingredients and coastal influences, where each course will be paired with outstanding Terlato Wines. Known as much for its atmosphere as its cuisine, The First Bite blends exceptional food and wine with the convivial energy of old friends gathering around the table. $350 per person
• Spice featuring Bouchaine Vineyards — Join Chef Pushkar Marathe of Stage Kitchen & Bar for an exclusive four-course dinner featuring renowned guest Chefs Nina Compton, Tristen Epps-Long, and Diego Oka. Known for creating cuisine inspired by their cultural roots, Marathe, Compton, Epps-Long, and Oka come together to create a menu that celebrates these unique influences. • Lunch With Friends featuring Wines by Chris Carpenter — Kick off the weekend with a seated four-course luncheon at Meat Market Palm Beach, where host Chef Sean Brasel is joined by guest Chefs Crista Luedtke and Alex Seidel alongside legendary Napa Valley winemaker Chris Carpenter. • Festival Kick-Off Party featuring Robert Mondavi Winery — Festival weekend begins poolside at The Belgrove Resort & Spa, where the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival Kick-off Party celebrates the 60th Anniversary of Robert Mondavi Winery. Guests will enjoy an evening of signature dishes, wine, creative cocktails, and music in one of the Festival’s most lively settings. Saturday is filled with cooking classes, the debut of a disco-themed brunch, an exclusive brunch pop-up with New Orleans-based Brennan’s, daytime and evening walk-arounds tastings, a new high-energy Bollywood-style dinner, and more.
• Kids Kitchen — Calling all young culinary enthusiasts! Kids Kitchen invites children ages 8–14 to join acclaimed Chefs Lindsay Autry (Session A at 9:00 a.m.) and Karen Akunowicz (Session B at 10:30 a.m.) for a fun hands-on cooking class. During two available interactive 60-minute sessions, young chefs will learn new techniques, prepare approachable dishes, and build confidence in the kitchen. Each child will leave with their finished creation, along with a chef’s apron and hat to remember the experience. Hosted at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Kids Kitchen gives young chefs the opportunity to discover the excitement of preparing a meal from start to finish. Hosted by Ralph Brennan, this Festival event brings the unmistakable Creole flavors and hospitality of New Orleans to the heart of Palm Beach. Pistache Chef Benoit Delos joins Brennan’s Chef Kris Padalino to create a brunch that honors eight decades of one of New Orleans’ most beloved culinary institutions. Guests will enjoy a menu inspired by the enduring spirit of Brennan’s, paired with the gracious hospitality that has made it a New Orleans institution for generations. $80 per person ++ (wine pairings additional)
• ***New Event** Cooking With Mauro — Stand side by side with Chef Mauro Colagreco in the kitchen at Florie’s at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach for a private, hands-on cooking class inspired by the Mediterranean and South Florida’s seasonal ingredients. Each course will be specially paired with Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, highlighting the harmony between food and wine. This relaxed brunch brings food, Champagne, and easy conversation that makes lingering around the table one of the best parts of the weekend. $225 per person
• Master Taste featuring Wines by Chris Carpenter — Master Sommelier Virginia Philip and legendary Napa Valley winemaker Chris Carpenter will lead an intimate guided tasting to explore what makes a wine truly memorable. This edition will focus on Cabernet Shiraz wines from around the world, including Hickinbotham The Peake Cabernet Shiraz, offering guests the opportunity to compare expressions of this classic blend across renowned wine regions. The walk-around tasting showcases brunch classics and inventive dishes paired with wines from Bouchaine Vineyards and Lingua Franca, along with handcrafted cocktails. Daniel & Friends offers a leisurely morning where the best of the best come together in one of the island’s most iconic dining destinations. $250 per person
• 19th Annual Grand Tasting presented by The Palm Beaches — The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival’s marquee tasting event returns for its 19th year, bringing together more than 50 of South Florida’s leading chefs and restaurants for an afternoon that showcases the region’s vibrant culinary scene. Held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, the Grand Tasting features gourmet dishes and desserts served alongside more than 100 wines rated 90+ by Wine Spectator, as well as craft spirits and more. The excitement continues with the Grand Chef Throwdown, hosted by Mo & Sally and Jay Cashmere.
