From celebrations big and small to a new crab selection and to-go lunch menu at the Miami location, Truluck’s makes every moment at the table unforgettable. This May, Truluck’s is also honoring Military Appreciation Month by supporting combat Veterans through its partnership with the PTSD Foundation of America’s Camp Hope.

While Florida Stone Crab Season may have come to a close, seafood lovers can still indulge in the sweet, delicate flavors of fresh Crab all season long. Guests can continue savoring the elevated coastal dining experience they crave with Truluck’s new Crab Crab Crab menu.

Truluck’s Chefs source and serve Crab from the pristine oceans of the world. Each is scored for ease of picking and presented chilled over crushed ice with house specialty mustard sauce and TL Louie sauce. Enjoy each selection in 1/2-pound increments or experience all three together as a Crab Flight, through mid-October.

Sip, shuck and unwind! Guests can enjoy Happy Hour in the bar at the Miami and Fort Lauderdale locations each day from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with 50% off handcrafted cocktails, spirits, noteworthy wines by the glass, and oysters.


Sip into spring with the May Cocktail of the Month, the Lychee Empress, a floral and fruit-forward cocktail crafted with Elderflower Rose Gin, Carpano Bianco, lychee, fresh lemon, and raspberry for a beautifully balanced indulgence, available during the month of May for $19.50.


End the meal on a sweet note with the seasonal Lemon Blueberry Custard Bread Pudding – a warmed lemon-blueberry infused bread pudding topped with vanilla bean ice cream, creme anglaise, blueberry sauce, and lemon streusel – available through Sunday, May 31st, 2026 for $14.


In addition to its Power Lunch, the Miami location now offers a convenient lunch-to-go program, allowing guests to order from a curated lunch menu online and pick up in the restaurant. The menu includes:

The restaurant's TRU Ninety-Two three-course prix fixe menu is available all night this spring and summer for $59.


Starters include a selection of: Little Gem Caesar Salad, Sonoma Greens Salad, Iceberg Wedge Salad, Tomato Salad, Beets & Burrata (for a $5 upgrade), Shrimp Cocktail, Lobster Bisque or the Prime Meatballs. Guests can choose from one entree: Jalapeno Salmon Bearnaise, Sesame Seared Tuna, Petit Scallop & Shrimp Saute, Filet Mignon 6oz* (an 8 oz upgrade is available for $9 or 12 oz for $16), Roasted Natural Chicken, Pappardelle Bolognese, or the Ora King Salmon (for a $10 upgrade). To finish, choose one: Petit Carrot Cake, Petit Chocolate Malt Cake, Petit Key Lime Pie or the Lemon Blueberry Bread Pudding (a $7 upgrade).


Every Sunday, Truluck’s Prime Rub Sundays honors the “King of Meats,” a tender, slow-roasted standing Rib Roast. Known for its rich flavor and generous marbling, Truluck’s Prime Rib is roasted bone-in to keep the meat off the pan, resulting in a tender, juicy and succulent centerpiece.


Guests at Truluck’s South Florida locations in Miami and Fort Lauderdale can enjoy the Prime Rib Sundays offering as part of the restaurant's TRU Ninety-Two prix fixe menu, or a la carte. Priced at just $59, the three-course format features a 14-oz slow-roasted, carved-to-order, expertly crafted Prime Rib served with shallot-rosemary jus and a classic baked potato. Guests can upgrade to an 18-oz portion for $15.00.


For guests seeking a more indulgent experience, the menu also features add-ons, including Truffle-Crab Butter ($14), Panko-Crusted Oysters ($16), Cherrywood Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp ($18), Jumbo Lump Crab Cake ($24) and Crispy Tempura Lobster ($36).


Truluck’s steak program reflects the same commitment to quality that defines its seafood menu. All steaks are 100% USDA prime native cattle, aged a minimum of 30 days, and offered as filet, ribeye, and New York strip cuts in various sizes.


A season for celebration! The spring calendar is brimming with special days and occasions, such as Father’s Day and graduation ceremonies, and Truluck's Miami and Fort Lauderdale locations offer an elevated setting for marking life's milestone moments and making unforgettable memories. In honor of Military Appreciation Month, commemorated annually in May, Truluck’s is highlighting its ongoing partnership with the PTSD Foundation of America and its residential treatment program, Camp Hope, which supports Veterans living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. In 2025, Truluck’s raised $70,000 through the year-round “Press On” program, a give-back initiative in partnership with Katz Coffee, Truluck’s sole coffee provider. With the ongoing “Press On” initiative, Truluck’s donates $1 for every espresso martini and French press coffee sold at its locations across the country. The program, launched in 2025 in partnership with Houston-based coffee roaster Katz Coffee, supports Camp Hope and the life-changing work of the PTSD Foundation of America.


Camp Hope, located in Houston, Texas, provides a safe and supportive residential environment for Veterans coping with combat-related PTSD, offering peer mentoring, counseling resources, and community support designed to help veterans regain stability and purpose.
