Conrad & Scherer's 'Book Buddies' Program Celebrates Literacy And Community At Hollywood Hills Elementary School

Attorneys, paralegals and staff joined students, faculty and local leaders to reinforce the firm’s commitment to empowering young readers across Broward County.

Every student received a superhero cape and a new book to take home, turning the joy of reading into something they can carry with pride. Fourth- and fifth-grade students also received signed copies of I Am Superman by New York Times bestselling Author Brad Meltzer; part of his Ordinary People Change the World series. Special guest Josh Levy, Mayor of Hollywood joined the celebration alongside community partners including Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider + Grossman LLP, HandsOn South Florida, Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, Hollywood Women’s Club and Children's Services Council of Broward County.
