March 22, 2024

Hollywood's new affordable rental community, Pinnacle 441 at US-441/SR 7 and Johnson Street in west central Hollywood, will be accepting applications for residency beginning on March 15th at 9:00 a.m. This "lottery system" registration period will close at midnight on March 25th.

Pinnacle 441, Phase 1 is a part of a strategic, multi-phase mixed-use development spearheaded by Pinnacle and supported by both the City of Hollywood and Broward County, delivering 113 units of critically-needed affordable housing on the State Road 7 corridor. Located a mile south of the Hard Rock Casino, Pinnacle 441, Phase 1 will offer a variety of 1, 2, & 3 bedroom floor plans. 110 of the units will be affordable at 60% of the area-wide median income or less, with an additional 3 market-rate units including a ground floor live/work space with commercial frontage on Johnson Street.

Kaller Architecture designed the building. Renderings show a high-rise building with a sleek modern design, featuring balconies and a landscaped courtyard.

Due to tremendous demand, applications for residency in Pinnacle 441 will be determined through a lottery system. Beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 15th, anyone interested in the opportunity to rent an apartment, must visit the website at: https://pinnacle441.pmiflorida.com/ and click the button “Lottery Registration” to complete an application. (*Please note, the "Lottery Registration" button is not available until registration opens.)

The lottery process will close at midnight on March 25, 2024. After this date and time, the lottery process will be closed. Once the registration is completed, the system will send an email confirmation. Once the lottery is complete, Pinnacle 441 will contact those in the order determined by the lottery results to discuss the next steps. This is an affordable rental community and income limits will apply. Please do not visit the construction site for information as this property is still under construction and it is not ready to receive visitors.
