City of Hallandale Beach COVID Closure

Due to the effects of COVID-19 on City staffing, Hallandale Beach City Hall and the Police Lobby will be closed to the public until further notice. City staff anticipate the closure for at least two weeks. Residents may continue to conduct business with the City electronically.
For Utility Billing and General Billing payments, payments may be made online at: www.coHB.org/PayMyBill over the phone at 1-866-819-0126, by mail, or utilizing the white drop boxes located at the City Hall breezeway. For Utility Billing Customer Service, please call (954) 457-1360 or email FinanceUtilities@coHB.org please note that late fees and water shut-offs are temporarily suspended. For general billing inquiries, please call (954) 457-1369 or email AccountsReceivable@coHB.org For permitting inquiries, please use the HBePermitting online portal at www.coHB.org/HBePermitting or email HBePermitting@coHB.org
For all other Community Enhancement and Sustainable Development Department related issues including Code, Business Tax Receipts, and Planning and Zoning, please call (954) 457-1489. For information about the recently enforced parking requirements / permits and information, please visit www.coHB.org/Parking New Parking Rates went into effect November 1, 2021, full enforcement now in effect.
New parking signs have been installed throughout the City indicating paid parking locations. All street parking payments are made through the PayByPhone service by App, Phone (888) 680-7275, or Online.
All residents are invited to apply online for our Resident Parking Program. This program is designed to qualify residents for Discounted Hourly Parking and to qualify those residents that live in a neighborhood parking zone to purchase Monthly Parking Zone Pass(es).
