The Collaboration Marks A Significant Milestone For Miami's Cultural Landscape, Uniting Two Of The City's Most Influential Institutions With A Shared Mission To Strengthen Miami's Music Ecosystem Through Programming, Education, And Community Impact.

Art House Studios has served as a premier recording destination for globally recognized artists including Marc Anthony, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Alejandro Sanz, and Will Smith, establishing its place among the most respected and innovative recording environments in the music industry. Art House was founded by Julio Reyes Copello, the 14-time Grammy-winning Colombian producer, composer, songwriter, and record engineer. Through this alliance, the partnership connects live public programming, professional music production, and community arts education in a meaningful and lasting way.

Together, The Underline and Art House will collaborate on three core initiatives. The first is to support The Levitt BLOC Miami Music Series, a free outdoor concert program that will draw thousands of Miami residents annually. The second is to create scholarships for aspiring music students to attend the Art House Academy. The third is to expand Art House's music education programming throughout Miami-Dade County. These efforts represent a significant investment in the cultural Infrastructure of the region, ensuring that world-class music experiences and professional training are accessible to all.

"This partnership reflects exactly what The Underline stands for, bringing people together through culture, creativity, and shared public space. Working with Art House allows us to amplify Miami's incredible musical heritage and ensure that the next generation of artists has the support and resources they need to thrive. We are building something that will resonate across every neighborhood in Miami-Dade County," said Lisle Bowen, CMO, Friends of The Underline.

"Miami has always been a city that runs on rhythm and creativity. Art House was built to be a home for that energy, and partnering with The Underline means we can take that energy directly to the community. From the Levitt BLOC Miami Music Series to our scholarship program, this collaboration will open doors for countless young artists and create cultural moments that will define Miami's music scene," said Julio Reyes Copello, Founder of Art House Studios & Abbey Road Institute Miami.

Beyond cultural programming, the partnership carries meaningful economic implications for the region. By investing in music education and public arts activation, The Underline and Art House are helping to attract talent, tourism, and business interest to Miami, reinforcing the city's growing identity as a global hub for arts, innovation, and enterprise. The Levitt BLOC Miami Music Series generates significant foot traffic along The Underline corridor, benefiting local businesses and neighborhood vitality across multiple Miami-Dade communities.

The partnership launch was marked by an exclusive celebration, drawing Miami's top creatives, tastemakers, and cultural leaders for an immersive, music-driven experience within Art House's studio complex. Guests were treated to live musical performances and special appearances, setting the tone for a collaboration that promises to be as dynamic as the city it serves.
