Summer Comes Alive - Immersive Chef Experience Dinners At Arc Culinary's Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen

With limited seating and thoughtfully curated, seasonal menus, each dinner offers guests a one-night-only culinary experience that supports Arc Broward’s mission to strengthen the community by empowering adults and children with disabilities to grow, develop and thrive.

Held year-round, the dinner series invites guests to enjoy an intimate evening of purpose-driven hospitality, chef creativity and shared experiences in a beautifully designed open-kitchen setting that fosters connection and conversation. “By blending culinary artistry with social connection and purpose, we are curating a unique dining experience that keeps our guests coming back with friends,” said Craig Zeleznik, Chief Culinary Officer at Arc Broward.

"Between Our Tortillas" invites guests to gather around the table and experience Mexican culinary tradition in fresh, inventive ways. The four-course experience features: Baja shrimp tacos with fresh pink shrimp, corn tortillas, green cabbage, avocado-lime crema and pico de gallo; short rib birria tacos showcasing prime beef short rib, guajillo chiles, ancho chiles and Oaxaca cheese in a corn tortilla; duck carnitas tacos with duck leg, beet corn tortillas, pineapple-habanero salsa and pickled red onions; and a sweet dessert to finish the meal.

Pork lovers will experience this favorite ingredient through a new lens with the "Beyond Bacon" four-course experience, featuring: crispy pork belly with pickled vegetables and citrus-garlic oil; braised pork shoulder on a bed of soft polenta with herb jus; seared pork tenderloin with yautia puree, wild mushrooms and red wine jus; and a dessert to finish the meal.

Tickets for the prix fixe dinners are $102 for the chef’s table or $92 for communal seating and include gratuity and alcoholic beverages. Chef’s Table seating provides guests with a front-row view of the talented Arc Culinary chefs at work and invites opportunities to engage through conversation and questions about the dishes and techniques used throughout the evening. Communal seating places guests at shared tables for a convivial, social dining experience.
