The invite-only division launches with 15 founding agents who collectively represent decades of experience with Elite International Realty and aims to unite the firm’s top-performing luxury specialists under a more structured, collaborative platform. CEO Daniel Ickowicz will oversee the division directly.

Agents who qualify for the division must have a significant track record in multimillion-dollar transactions. Members will receive ongoing, specialized training focused on high-net-worth client management, cross-border transactions, complex deal structuring, and luxury property positioning. The training will also combine hands-on mentorship with insights from developers, attorneys, financial advisors, and more.
