Ember & Vine, P Hospitality’s Highly Anticipated Fresh & Seasonal-Minded All-Day Dining Destination, Opened To The Public On Monday, August 3Rd, 2026. Located At 5920 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs, Florida 33076 And Built Around The Philosophy “Intentional Where We Can Be, Indulgent Where We Should Be,” Ember & Vine Will Be A Place Where "Made In-House" Is A Promise, Not A Talking Point. From A Quick Weekday Breakfast Or Lunch, To Post-Work Pours Or A Delicious Dinnertime Rendezvous, Ember & Vine Will Be A Welcome Addition To The Area, Where All-Day Dining Is Upscale But Never Uptight And A Globally-Minded Flavor Palate Will Be Discovered Across A Generous Menu Of Shareables And Small Plates Built For Any Time Of Day.

"The name Ember & Vine perfectly captures what we're trying to create," says P Hospitality Management Co-Owner/Operator Eddie Pozzuoli. "Ember represents warmth, presence, and time spent gathered around a table with friends and family. Vine represents the foundation, a nod to ingredients that are grown, sourced, and are a reflection of our commitment to quality, seasonality, and the people behind the food and beverages we serve. Together, Ember & Vine defines a restaurant rooted in simplicity and integrity, where every dish is intentional and every moment is meant to be savored. At the end of the day, it's about bringing people together - great food, great hospitality, and meaningful connection, all in one place."

Located in the Sawgrass Center, Ember & Vine was dreamt up, conceptualized, and designed by the seasoned team at the helm – Eddie and his wife/partner, Christina Pozzuoli – to be a polished yet casual spot that helps define a neighborhood, an any-time/any-day destination with an environment that is elevated yet comfortable. Adds Christina, “The menu is designed to encourage exploration, order a little bit of everything, pass plates around, and discover new favorites every time.”

Breakfast highlights included Matcha Overnight Oats; Garden Breakfast Wrap with roasted vegetables, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and goat cheese; and P.E.C. - a porchetta, eggs, and cheese sandwich served on a brioche bun with Calabrian Chili tomato jam. Premium coffees are locally roasted by 360F Roasters in Coral Springs. Guests can swing by opening week for a complimentary house cold brew or drip coffee, which were available from Monday, August 3rd, 2026 - Sunday, August 9th, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Dinner standouts include Christina’s Crudite – garden vegetables, cashew miso tzatziki and almond romesco; Tuna Bombs – fresh tuna, avocado, ginger and sesame; Hearth Bread – Roman-style Pinsa, whipped herb ricotta and local honey; Miso Black Cod with crispy rice, wakame, and sake soy butter and Beef Short Ribs served with scallion pancake, tamari, and sesame. House-made desserts, from Pastry Chef Miranda Whitaker, range from Mini Carrot Bundt Cakes with pistachio gelato and a reimagined Baked Alaska to Matcha Tea’Rimisu, a Japanese-inspired twist on the classic Italian treat, and Butter Cake Pop - a playful take on P Hospitality’s signature butter cake.

Complementing Ember & Vine's menu is an exceptional selection of wines, creative cocktails, and draft beers. Signature cocktails include The Host, featuring house-infused mint vodka, lime, agave, and muddled mint; The Dreamer, crafted with butterfly pea gin, lavender syrup, limoncello, fresh lemon, and soda water; and The Jet Setter, a blend of jalapeno-infused tequila, lime, pineapple, and passion fruit.

Ember & Vine is expected to generate close to 75 new jobs between front-of-house and back-of-house positions and signals P Hospitality Management’s fourth opening in Broward County: Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian in March 2025, followed by Dear Olivia in August 2025. P Hospitality Management's other South Florida restaurant destinations are Corvina Seafood & Grill, Prezzo Boca Raton, Amante’s in Deerfield Beach, and Eddie & Vinny's Palm Beach Gardens (opening Fall 2026).

Aesthetically speaking, guests can expect a bright, welcoming atmosphere with updated finishes, new design elements, enhanced bar and dining areas, and a layout that encourages social dining. Ember & Vine will offer multiple dining experiences under one roof, including a full-service dining room, a vibrant bar area, flexible seating for groups, and spaces designed to accommodate private events and celebrations. Guests can expect a restaurant that works equally well for a business lunch, date night, family gathering or a casual drink with friends.
