During The Recent Dolphins Cancer Challenge (DCC) DCC XVI Event At Hard Rock Stadium, A Team Of Nearly 100 Autonation Associates Biked, Walked And Ran While Raising More Than $260,000 In Support Of Life-Saving Cancer Research And Care. A Highlight Of The Day For Team Autonation Was The Heartwarming Donation Of Bikes Built By Associates For 20 Pediatric Cancer Patients And Siblings From Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Alex’s Place.
“For more than a decade, our Associates have supported the DCC, raising critical funds to advance research and improve access to care,” said Thomas Szlosek, Executive Vice President and CFO at AutoNation. “We are proud to present these bikes and hope that this gift brings joy to families who are confronting some of their toughest moments. Their strength and determination are inspiring, and we are committed to standing by their side.”
