Olive & Sea, A Stunning Rooftop Mediterranean Restaurant On The Intracoastal Waterway, Is Offering A Mother’s Day Brunch Designed To Impress, Even Mom. Now Is Your Chance To Wow Mom With A Mediterranean-Inspired Rooftop Brunch Featuring Chef-Curated Stations, Crafted Cocktails And Sweeping Views Of The Intracoastal.
Olive & Sea will host a waterfront brunch on Sunday, May 11th from 11:30am-2:30pm. Moms will receive a flower and special gift, and guests can enjoy several chef-curated culinary stations and buffets including:
Raw Bar – featuring crab claws, oysters, shrimp, ceviche and smoked salmon.
Hot Buffets – dishes including citrus-marinated chicken, roasted Mediterranean salmon, bacon, sausage, French toast, rice pilaf, rustic roasted potatoes and shakshuka.
Laffa Pizza Station – preparing freshly baked laffa bread pizzas in the restaurant’s open-kitchen, mosaic-tiled brick oven.
Carving Stations – herb-roasted striploin and crispy porchetta.
Pastas - orecchiette with tomato, spinach, garlic, olive oil, feta and herbs, and linguini with shrimp, roasted peppers, capers & light white wine sauce.
Plus a Fully Stocked Omelet & Egg Station along with an Assortment of Fresh Breads, Spreads, Salads, Cheeses, Pastries, Yogurts and Desserts.
Guests can also cool off with a curated selection of specialty craft cocktails including the Hibiscus Rose Spritz, Pineapple Daiquiri, Blood Orange Mule (all $17) and an alcohol-free Vanilla Pear Delight ($12). Or, for $35 guests can enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless specialty cocktails.
