CORSAIR Kitchen + Bar's The 52: Aventura's Not-To-Be-Missed Sunday Brunch Now Better Than Ever

For those in the know, one of the best brunches in town is the always popular, recently revitalized, Sunday Brunch at CORSAIR Kitchen & Bar, located within JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, dubbed The 52 (as in 52 weeks in a year). Since its inception, The 52 has been Aventura’s brunch time obsession and helped put CORSAIR on the radar of serious weekend revelers. Now, with the addition of live entertainment, The 52 is better than ever.

Featuring expansive views of the resort’s gorgeous golf courses, The 52 features a chef-curated, American-inspired indulgent buffet priced at $67 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), available every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Created by Executive Chef William "Bill" Gideon and his culinary team, the sumptuous brunch includes a weekly-rotating array of specialty dishes, ensuring each visit delivers new and exciting surprises.

Recent temptations include Chicken & Waffles Benedict (Fried Chicken & Waffles with Poached Egg, Hot Honey Hollandaise, Maple Syrup and Chives); an Italian Sausage Hash Skillet (house-made Italian Sausage, Potatoes, Onions, Peppers, Fried Eggs and Herbs); Made-to-order dishes include: French Toast with a Graham Cracker-Crusted Brioche, Key Lime Meringue and Mint; a Breakfast Skillet with Buffalo Chicken, Cheese Fondue, Blue Cheese, Scallions and Celery; Mac n Cheese with Crab, Old Bay, and Panko Bread Crumbs; and Eggs Benedict with Fried Onion Rings, KC BBQ Beef "burnt ends," Poached Egg and Classic Hollandaise; Toasted S’more French Toast (Challah, Graham Crackers, Hershey’s Chocolate and Marshmallows) and Lamb Ragu (Slow-Braised Lamb Shoulder, San Marzano Tomatoes, Red Wine Reduction), among others.

With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available, guests will also enjoy a bountiful selection of Pastries, a sumptuous Raw Bar, Charcuterie and sweet arrangements. Buffet-Style items are served by restaurant team members or in small, personal portioned plates. And to top everything off, there are endless Mimosas and Aperol Spritzes.

Brunch at CORSAIR Kitchen + Bar is available every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for $67 Per Person; $31 for children 12 and under, and children ages 3 and under eat free from the Kids Menu.
