Now on the menu, the return of the fan-favorite Crispy Pork Carnitas Taco layered with charred pineapple, queso fresco, cilantro, salsa verde and crema, and a flavor-packed El Jefe Taco Salad, served in a crispy Tajin-spiced taco shell and loaded with seasoned ground beef, pico de gallo, black beans, avocado, pickled fresnos and red onions, grilled poblanos and a Mexican cheese blend with cilantro lime ranch and chipotle crema. In addition, the new Tijuana Caesar with avocado, tomato, cotija cheese, chipotle caesar and jalapeno cornbread croutons, offers a bold remix of the classic, while the Chef’s Seasonal Empanada and rotating Taco of the Month ensure there’s always something new to discover.

At the bar, Tacocraft is maxing out the marg game and redefining what it means to sip well with the rollout of its vibrant new cocktail program that introduces standout signature drinks such as the Millionaire Margarita – CasAzar Reposado, Grand Marnier, agave and fresh lime; and the Mezcalita – Su Casa Mezcal, Cointreau, orange bitters, agave, fresh lime, orange and Tajín, alongside an innovative lineup of brand new zero-proof and low-ABV libations, thoughtfully designed for mindful indulgence.
Very much in sync with how folks imbibe (or don’t!) these days, Tacocraft now offers a brilliant array of Zero-Proof & Adaptive Cocktails delivering full flavor without compromise. Guilt-free, balanced pours include A Night in Tulum – Ritual Agave, prickly pear, agave and fresh lime; Feeling Spritzy – Martini & Rossi alcohol-free aperitivo and non-alcoholic Mionetto; Coastal Citrus Spritz – Seedlip Grove 42, blood orange, lemon and soda; and Pineapple Chile Paloma – Ritual Agave, pineapple, grapefruit soda, lime and chile salt rim.
