The Keyes Company has enjoyed a pristine reputation for treating their clients with skillful knowledge and caring personal service in the real estate market for over 90 years. David Roth has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers during his 20-year stint working exclusively for Keyes building a bountiful list of satisfied customers who rave about his personal service and attention to details guiding them through all aspects and transactions from the purchase or sale, to inspections, mortgages, title search and insurance.
Roth explains that “purchasing or selling a home can be a very complex and confusing process to the novice” but he assures his clientele that his expertise and decades of experience coupled with his infectious charisma and gregarious personality will ease any trepidations that they may encounter.
He avails himself to his customers 24 hours a day via text, telephone or email.
Roth will gladly not only help in the purchase or sale of your property, but secures rentals, sells agricultural properties such as equine farms or orange groves, find investment property such as ten-to-12-unit buildings, commercial property and services snowbirds who look to rent by the season.
It is not uncommon to see David canvassing homes in a particular neighborhood finding a suitable property for the most discriminating and demanding buyer.
David explains that he utilizes a multitude of resources when selling a property from the popular MLS (Multiple Listing Service) while also establishing virtual tours online coupled with open houses to drone photos and making your property known on over 1,000 websites in several different languages.
He concentrates primarily in the tri-county region, but has worked with clients as far north as Port Saint Lucie.
He is no stranger to being contacted by buyers overseas and has sold and purchased properties ranging from $250,000 to fifteen million dollars.
When dealing with any professional such as a lawyer, physician, accountant or financial investment advisor, it is imperative to establish trust and have confidence in the relationship and David prides himself on the scores of referrals from his clients who rave about his care and service with many remaining friends with him long after their business has been transacted.
The Roth family has been a pillar in the south Florida community since the early 1960’s when his grandfather established the iconic landmark on Griffin Road west of the Florida Turnpike known as Bob Roth’s New River Groves selling fruits, juices and pies that customers line up for as well as delicious smoothies and mustard for Stone Crabs.
Terry’s Key Lime Pie (recipe developed by David’s late mother) is recognized year after year as one of the state’s very best, but many other flavor pies are sold all year long.
David worked for the family business for 20 years and managed all facets from employees, sales, advertising and ordering and is highly skilled working a palette jack or driving a fork lift.
What is most impressive is Roth’s unwavering, unflappable commitment to the children in the community.
A ten-year veteran of Kiwanis International, Roth has served in several leadership capacities during his tenure and currently manages all the key club members (high school aged) attending Broward County schools. David has been a recipient and honored by Kiwanis on several occasions and serves as a role model and mentor to our aspiring youth.
