The Truist Comedy Series continues as the Broward Center and JS Touring presents Jerry Seinfeld, America's premier comedian, in the Au-Rene Theater on Friday, January 6th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Seinfeld, hailed for his uncanny ability to joke about the little things in life that relate to audiences everywhere, will be performing his latest standup. He teamed up with fellow comedian Larry David to create what was to become the most successful comedy series in the history of television: Seinfeld. Award-Winning Astrophysicist, Author and Host of FOX's Cosmos, Neil DeGrasse Tyson returns to the Au-Rene Theater with “An Astrophysicist Goes to the Movies II” on Monday, January 9th, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. In this entertaining and enlightening review, Dr. Tyson explores all the science that our favorite movies got wrong and some of the things they got right. His conversational delivery and disarming regular New York guy attitude makes audiences feel like they're listening to the funniest guy at a party as opposed to just another comedian on a stage.
