The Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Imagination Series brings iLuminate and its mash-up of dazzling wizardry, spectacular dance moves, high-tech effects and original music to Lillian S. Wells Hall on Sunday, March 3rd at 7:00 p.m. State-Of-The-Art technology and electrifying entertainers unite to create the ultimate performing arts experience. Blending music, art and technological magic, iLuminate tells a story of adventure and romance through dance styles ranging from Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Latin and Breaking, all using the power of light. The troupe gained national attention on hit television shows including America's Got Talent, Dancing with the Stars, X Factor, American Music Awards, MTV's Video Music Awards, BET Awards, The Nickelodeon Awards, Billboard and Latin Billboard Awards.
Billy Joel Legends Live! The Lords of 52nd Street perform at The Parker as part of The Cleveland Clinic Rock Series on Thursday, March 7th at 8:00 p.m. Having performed all over the world for decades, these are the bandmates who helped establish Billy Joel's formidable sound on tour and in recordings with instantly recognizable Sax, Drum and Guitar solos. The band is led by Liberty DeVitto on Drums and Percussion and Russell Javors on Rhythm Guitar.
The Cleveland Clinic Rock Series brings Gino Vannelli to The Parker on Saturday, March 9th at 8:00 p.m. A Grammy®-Nominated and Juno Award-Winning Singer, Songwriter, Producer, Composer, Poet, Arranger and Band Leader, Vannelli has remained one of the most distinctive voices in Contemporary Music and his evolving style has kept his fan base growing for more than 40 years. From Rock to Jazz to Soul and even Classical, he has released an amazing 19 albums with most hitting the Billboard charts and his latest release, Live in LA, reaching Number 1 on Amazon.
Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Inductee Dave Mason returns as part of the Cleveland Clinic Rock Series on Monday, March 11th at 8:00 p.m. in a concert presented by the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and AEG Presents. Best known for his soulful voice and unsurpassed Guitar playing, Mason was a founding member of the group Traffic and continues performing as a Solo Artist with sold-out shows. His career spans several important Rock eras and encompasses his work as a Producer, Performer, Songwriter and Consummate Guitarist. He has collaborated with numerous members of the music elite including Jimi Hendrix, George Harrison, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and Eric Clapton, among many others. He will be joined by Special Guest Pat Travers Band.
Colin Hay performs as part of the Cleveland Clinic Rock Series on March 13th at 8:00 p.m. in a concert presented by the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and AEG Presents and generously underwritten by Dr. Lee and Brigitte Mandel. The former Lead Singer, Songwriter and Guitarist for the pop sensation Men At Work entertains audiences with his captivating stories and evocative songs, peppering his performance with 80’s anthems such as "Down Under," "Who Can It Be Now?" and "Overkill." Turning raw emotion into musical inspiration, Hay reinvented himself as a Solo Artist and successfully developed a new generation of devoted fans.
Direct from Broadway, Alex Edelman: Just For Us comes to The Parker on Friday, March 15th at 8:00 p.m. The Comedian, Actor and Writer made his Broadway debut in the show after sold-out runs Off-Broadway (Obie Award, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award Nominations) in Washington DC, Boston, Melbourne, Edinburgh, London and more. In the wake of a string of Anti-Semitic Rhetoric pointed in his direction online, Standup Comic Edelman decides to go straight to the source; specifically, Queens, where he covertly attends a meeting of White Nationalists and comes face-to-face with the people behind the keyboards. What happens next forms the backbone of the shockingly relevant, utterly hilarious, and only moderately perspirant stories that comprise Just for Us. “Expertly crafted by one of comedy's most distinctive voices, this singular theatrical experience is an exploration of identity and our collective capacity for empathy—and it's also "belly-laugh funny!" One of the major Southern Rock Bands of the '70s, The Marshall Tucker Band comes to The Parker in the Cleveland Clinic Rock Series on Sunday, March 17th at 7:00 p.m. Combining Rock, Country and Jazz, the band has toured nonstop since its 1971 formation in Spartanburg, South Carolina. With hit singles like "Heard It In A Love Song," "Fire On The Mountain," "Can't You See” and "Take The Highway,” the Marshall Tucker Band continues to be played on Classic Rock and Country Radio. Led today by founding member and Lead Singer Doug Gray, the band represents a time and place in music that will never be duplicated.
Guitar Legend and 20-Time Grammy®-Winner Pat Metheny comes to The Parker in the TD Jazz Series on Tuesday, March 19th at 8:00 p.m. A brilliant builder of bands, Metheny is launching a solo tour which coincides with a new album release, Dream Box. The tour, a first of its kind for Metheny, will feature personal and fan favorites from his nearly 50 year career. The concert will showcase the various ways of playing solo the acclaimed musician has explored across the decades.
The ELO Experience featuring Evil Woman comes to The Parker as part of The Cleveland Clinic Rock Series on Saturday, March 23rd at 8:00 p.m. With a sensational string section adding to the thrill, this incredible concert accurately reproduces the songs of ELO delivering all the smash hits live including “Mr. Blue Sky,” “Telephone Line” and “Evil Woman.”
Fresh off his hit UK Tour, the incredibly influential billionaire TommyInnit is taking his comedy show to The Parker on Saturday, March 30th at 8:00 p.m. in an evening presented by the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and AEG Presents. Audiences will discover how he became the richest and most successful YouTuber in the world with the help of his good friends Jack Manifold and Badlinu.
