Elevated Pasta Night: Offers Unique Dining Experience At Arc Culinary's Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen

Arc Culinary invites food enthusiasts and South Florida diners looking for a unique experience to an elevated “Pasta Party” as part of the Chef Experience Dinner series on Friday, September 6th at 7:00 p.m., at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen in Sunrise. Proceeds from ticket sales support Arc Broward’s mission of providing opportunities for children and adults with Disabilities and other life challenges to realize their full potential.

“Arc Culinary’s chef experience dinner series is a celebration of culinary creativity and community,” said Craig Zeleznik, Director Of Culinary Enterprises. “We’re thrilled to create opportunities for guests to experience a night of great food with an even greater purpose.”

Pasta lovers will indulge in a Four-Course Pasta Extravaganza, beginning with Savory Gnocchi All ‘Amatriciana featuring Potato Gnocchi served in a Spicy Pomodoro Sauce with Guanciale and finished with Pecorino Romano; mouthwatering Penne Ai Funghi Porcini featuring Penne Pasta with Fresh Porcini Mushrooms in a Black Garlic and Butter Sauce; Veal Lasagna, a dish with rich and Cheesy Bechamel and Pomodoro Sauce layered with Ground Veal, Fresh Ricotta, and Mozzarella Cheese served with Garlic Bread; and a mouthwatering Raspberry Tiramisu with Raspberry Jam and a Crunchy Meringue.

Tickets are $99 for the chef’s table or $89 for communal seating and include gratuity and alcoholic beverages.

Arc Culinary's Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen offers a blend of mid-century classic and modern elegance, featuring a Chef’s Table, refined décor, and an outdoor patio. Beyond Chef Experiences, the catering venue hosts private cooking classes, corporate meetings and events, bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, small weddings and more for seated guests up to 49 and buffet or cocktail-style events up to 125 guests and provides full-service off-site catering. Arc Culinary and Arc Educates are revenue-generating social enterprises of Arc Broward that directly support programming for 1,200 children and adults with Disabilities.
