Kosher, But Make It Couture. Paris-Born Chef Olivia Ostrow, Recently Named Best Chef In Miami, Raises The Bar Once Again With The Debut Of Maison Ostrow (Certified Kosher By The ORB), Which Opened August 17, 2025, In North Bay Village At 1666 79th Street Causeway, Suite 102.
This French-Mediterranean kitchen blends Parisian elegance with Riviera soul and Olivia's signature flair for bold flavors and "crazy, conversation-starting" art. Every detail reflects her vision to create a culinary destination with global ambitions. But Maison Ostrow is more than a restaurant. It's the flagship of what Olivia calls her "Ostrow Global vision," a lifestyle brand that will expand across continents.
"This is more than a restaurant, it's a lifestyle brand," says Ostrow. "I see us expanding into France, London, Vegas, Dubai, Panama—the world is our kosher oyster. Think chef-driven dining, celebrity tables, art, and design, all under one unapologetic French umbrella."
Maison, French for "house," captures what Olivia has built: fine comfort food where everyone feels at home. "This is a place where you can come in more than once a week for a family meal, a night of cocktails and jazz, or a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience," says Ostrow.
The 3,500-square-foot space accommodates 145 guests across indoor dining, a full bar, and a 40-seat terrace offering glimpses of Biscayne Bay. The interiors layer soft stone, deep greens, gold accents, and Olivia's personal art collection, as eclectic and dynamic as the chef herself.
The everyday menu celebrates Olivia's French-Jewish heritage: signature ragu pasta, gourmet burgers, Chicken & Lamb Paupiette, Tuna Tartare on Brioche with Quail Egg and Caviar, Pistachio Lamb and Duck, Whole Grilled Fish Platters, Cod Beignets, and decadent chocolate mousse.
The bar program, crafted with a top mixologist, features house infusions and inventive cocktails like lavender Negroni alongside a curated wine selection.
