Diana Krall
Possessing a voice the New York Times calls “at once cool and sultry, wielded with a rhythmic sophistication,” Diana Krall performs as part of the TD Jazz Series sponsored by TD Bank on Monday, February 19th at 7:30 p.m. Krall's unique artistry transcends any single musical style and has made her one of the most recognizable artists of our time. She is the only Jazz Singer to have eight albums debut at the top of the Billboard Jazz Albums Chart. To date, her albums have garnered two Grammy Awards, ten Juno® Awards and have earned nine Gold, three Platinum, and seven Multi-Platinum Albums. From her 1999 Release of When I Look in Your Eyes, which spent an unprecedented 52 weeks in the #1 position on Billboard's Jazz Chart, to her most recent release, This Dream Of You, Krall has built a devoted fan base.

Johnny Mathis
Music Icon Johnny Mathis returns on Saturday, February 24th at 8:00 p.m. Given the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, he popularized songs now considered standards such as "Chances Are," "It's Not for Me to Say," and "Misty" as well as becoming the unofficial voice of Christmas with six holiday albums. Mathis has topped the charts so many times with his more than 80 albums that his 1958 release, Johnny's Greatest Hits, started the music industry tradition of Greatest Hits albums and was noted in the Guinness Book of World Records for a nearly 10-year run on the Billboard Top Albums Chart.

Paul Anka
Paul Anka was born July 30, 1941, in Ottawa Canada, into a tight-knit family, Paul Anka didn’t waste much time getting his life in music started. In 1956, he convinced his parents to let him travel to Los Angeles, where he called every record company in the phone book looking for an audition. A meeting with Modern Records led to the release of Anka’s first single, “Blau-Wile Deverest Fontaine.” It was not a hit, but Anka kept plugging away, going so far to sneak into Fats Domino’s dressing room to meet the man and his manager in Ottawa. When Anka returned New York in 1957, he scored a meeting with Don Costa, the A&R man for ABC-Paramount Records. He played him a batch of songs that included “Diana” – Costa was duly enthusiastic about the potential of the young Singer and Songwriter. The rapid and enormous success of “Diana”- his first number one hit - made him a star.

This songwriting master and incomparable performer penned “She's A Lady” for Tom Jones, “This Is It” for Michael Jackson and “My Way” for Frank Sinatra. One of the most prolific and versatile singer-songwriters of any generation, Anka has had a record on Billboard's Top 50 Chart for seven consecutive decades and is famous for such massive hits like "Diana," "Lonely Boy" and "Put Your Head On My Shoulder.” Anka will perform his greatest hits on Monday, March 18th at 8:00 p.m.
