Transforming Wynwood Hospitality - The Launch Of New Hyatt Centric Hotel

Located at 160 Northwest 28th Street, Miami, Florida 33127 the highly anticipated, eight-story project sits in the heart of Wynwood, just two blocks from the Wynwood Walls. Guests can expect a total of 116 guest rooms, six of which are to be spacious one-bedroom suites. Aside from accommodations, the hotel will feature amenities including 2,000 square feet of meeting space, a rooftop pool and bar, a 5,900-square-foot restaurant, and a 3,000-square-foot rooftop bar and lounge. All food and beverage concepts will be conceptualized and operated by TRP, bringing their signature expertise in elevated, community-driven dining to the Wynwood neighborhood.

Construction on the Hyatt Centric Wynwood Project is anticipated to begin in spring 2026, with an opening date planned for late 2028. Additional details on the restaurant and rooftop concepts will be shared closer to the property’s debut.
