This Mother's Day Weekend, Bae Korean Grill Will Fill Its Dining Room With The Sizzle Of Premium Meats Over Japanese Charcoal, The Aroma Of Bold Korean Sauces, And The Energy Of A Celebration Built For The Occasion.
To celebrate mom, every family’s secret sauce, Bae Korean Grill, an upscale Korean barbecue dining experience featuring State-Of-The-Art Shinpo grill tables inside Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, will offer exclusive chef-driven specials and an elevated dining experience worthy of the occasion. Mother's Day specials are available throughout the full weekend, giving families every opportunity to gather around the Shinpo grill tables and celebrate the women who matter most.
Mother’s Day specials include:
Korean Braised Short Ribs ($65) feature Slow-Braised Beef with Daikon, Potatoes, and Carrots in a savory Soy-Garlic Reduction: a hearty, deeply flavored dish built for sharing.
Pan-Seared Cured Halibut ($40) is plated with Ramps Kosho, Fresno Kosho, Nitsuke Sauce, Wilted Spinach, and Pickled Ramp Stems, delivering a refined balance of brightness and umami.

Bae Korean Grill is a proven guest favorite, having just claimed the 2026 People's Choice Award for Best Bite at the Capital One Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration, a guest-voted honor the restaurant has now earned for the third consecutive year.
Recognized as one of South Florida’s premier culinary events, the Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration brings together award-winning chefs, acclaimed restaurants, and distinguished beverage partners for a night that blends exceptional flavors with a vibrant party atmosphere, with special guest appearances. Proceeds from the event support Orange Bowl Cares, the Orange Bowl Committee’s year-round schedule of community programming, youth sports initiatives and education efforts that positively impact thousands of South Florida families each year. Throughout the evening, attendees cast their votes to determine the top culinary standouts of the night, while a panel of special guest judges determine specialty awards.
The winning dish, the Rock Shrimp Roll, was created by Executive Chef Xavier. Built on a Brioche Toast toasted with Clarified Butter and a Garlic Infusion, the dish features a Rock Shrimp Spicy Salad with Sriracha Aioli, pickled Carrots and Celery, White Sturgeon Caviar, and Lobster Roe transformed into a Bottarga-Style Powder, Salt-Cured and dehydrated to intensify oceanic depth. The inspiration: a classic New England Lobster Roll reimagined as a refined, two-bite experience with Asian influences.
Bae also showcased the Wagyu Tacos: Crispy Gyoza Taco Shells filled with Wagyu Picanha marinated in Soy Sauce and finished with a Korean BBQ Glaze, cooked over Japanese charcoal for distinctive smoky depth. The tacos are garnished with a Pickled Daikon Pico de Gallo of Fresh Cilantro and Toasted Sesame Seeds. Chef Xavier developed the dish as a reinterpretation of the traditional Mexican taco through a Korean lens, replacing the tortilla with a crisp dumpling wrapper shell.
