If you’re mad for great entertainment, The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is not only getting its Irish up on stage but is also celebrating Scottish and Celtic heritage with music, comedy and dance with five spectacular events. Donegal-based singer Daniel O’Donnell performs Monday, December 11th at 7:00 p.m. at The Parker. His latest, I Wish You Well, entered the official UK Album Charts at no. 16, and at no. 5 ahead of Taylor Swift and The Beatles on the CD-only chart and at no. 2 on the Independent Albums chart. He has now amassed 48 Top 75 albums, including 42 Top 40 albums, 30 Top 30 and 20 Top 10 albums.

His shows draw on his wide travels, cultural observations, attempts at language study, (occasional) international drinking session(s) and being a mildly confused immigrant. Nihill is the winner of the prestigious annual San Francisco Comedy Competition (previous finalists include Robin Williams, Ellen DeGeneres and Dana Carvey) and runner up in The Moth's largest U.S. Grand Slam storytelling competition. He recorded his debut special for Dry Bar Comedy in 2019 and has been featured on TED.com, Amazon Prime Video, Sirius XM, NPR, Huffington Post, The Irish Independent and Ireland AM, among others.
