For Over A Decade, La Boulangerie Boul’Mich, The Beloved French-Latin Bakery And Café With Nine South Florida Locations, Has Maintained A Well-Earned Reputation As A Go-To Spot For Freshly-Made Baked Goods And Artisanal Creations, Perfectly Executed Coffee Beverages, And A Vast Menu Of Sweet And Savory Dishes Including Breakfast Favorites, Gourmet Sandwiches, Fresh Salads, Soups, Homemade Pasta And More. For Summer 2025, La Boulangerie Is Doubling Down On Deliciousness With The Official Launch Of Its New Bistro Menu, The Highly Anticipated Reopening Of Its Aventura Location, Participation In Miami Spice, And A Soon-To-Open New Location In Downtown Miami’s Historic DuPont Building.
“We’re thrilled to be growing in so many exciting ways this summer,” said Co-Owner Avy Cohen. “With the return of Aventura, the launch in downtown, and the debut of our Bistro Menu, we’re creating even more opportunities for our guests to enjoy the food and community that make La Boulangerie Boul’Mich feel like home.”
The newly introduced Bistro Menu – now available at the Doral, Boca Raton, Coral Way, Key Biscayne, and Pinecrest locations – offers a refined yet casual dinner-oriented experience inspired by classic European cafés. The menu features new savory appetizers such as Shrimp Cocktail with pink horseradish sauce; Moules Frites in a white wine cream sauce; Mini Crab Cakes with avocado paste and dill tartar; Salmon Tiradito with soy-orange sauce and micro coriander; Escargot with butter-garlic sauce and parsley, as well as a delectable Cheese Board. Main courses to consider include a Tenderloin Center Cut Steak with salad and roasted potato blend; Atlantic Norwegian Salmon in a Teriyaki Orange and Sesame sauce with asparagus and roasted potato blend; Ahi Tuna; Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Escargot in a creamy red wine, soy and leek sauce and Seafood Fettucini Nero with mussels and shrimp in a white wine, lemon and green pepper cream sauce. Lighter fare runs the gamut from Bravia with beet carpaccio to Smoked Salmon Tartare with citrus dressing.
Ensuring summer 2025 is both sweet and savory, the Aventura location is slated to reopen late-August. First opened in 2015, the Aventura location built a loyal following over the years, but as demand grew, so did the need for more space. The newly expanded café will feature a larger footprint, refreshed interiors, and extended hours — open until 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and until 7:00 p.m. on Sundays. The full Bistro Menu will also be available at this location once doors reopen later this summer. Adding to the momentum, La Boulangerie Boul’Mich will debut a brand-new location in Downtown Miami’s historic DuPont Building, with doors expected to open late-August 2025, as well. This highly anticipated expansion brings the brand’s signature charm to one of the city’s most iconic addresses, offering downtown workers, residents, and visitors a warm, stylish space for breakfast meetings, coffee breaks, and bistro-style meals throughout the day.
For those seeking sustenance and savings, La Boulangerie Boul’Mich will also be participating in Miami Spice, offering three-course prix-fixe menus for brunch ($35pp), lunch ($35pp), and dinner ($45 pp/$60pp) seven days a week at five locations: Pinecrest, Doral, Coral Way, Aventura, and Key Biscayne. Highlights from the August menus include Wagyu Smash Burgers on Brioche; Seafood Fettuccine; Clam Chowder and indulgent desserts such as Chocolate Mousse and Tiramisu.
