The City Of Aventura Is Hosting Senior Sunrise: Inspiring & Healthy Living Lectures For Seniors

The City of Aventura is gearing up to host a series of inspiring and informative lectures designed to promote health and Well-Being among its senior residents. In partnership with HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, the city is proud to present "Senior Sunrise," a monthly lecture series that aims to empower seniors with knowledge about their health and encourage them to make informed decisions regarding their Well-Being.
As we all know, staying healthy and active is crucial at every stage of life and the City of Aventura is dedicated to providing its senior citizens with valuable resources to help them lead vibrant and fulfilling lives. The lectures will be held at the Community Recreation Center, conveniently located at 3375 Northeast 188th Street, Aventura, Florida 33180.
