An Oasis Has Emerged in Hallandale Beach: The Hallandale Beach CRA is Enhancing The Quality of Life for Residents and Visitors Alike

October 26, 2023

The Oasis in Hallandale Beach is bringing residents the opportunity to live, work and play all within the same space. Oasis in Hallandale Beach is a new mixed-use project that greets residents and guests with graceful greenery as well as water features, ranging from fountains to an epic six-level waterfall. The project consists of 500 multi-family residential units, 34,691 Sq. Ft. of office space, and 59,219 Sq. Ft. of retail space.

"Oasis is exactly the kind of project the CRA has been trying to attract because it encourages walkability and also prioritizes quality of life by providing residents with plenty of on-site amenities," said Dr. Jeremy Earle, City Manager and Executive Director of the Hallandale Beach CRA. "Residents will have the ability to simply leave their residence and go downstairs to their office or to shop and dine along the retail space on the first floor, without ever getting in their car or leaving the premises."

Oasis will also bring opportunity to those who don’t live there, as it will provide many new jobs in the retail space, and offer amenities that all are invited to enjoy. It takes mixed-use to a whole new level with its luxury amenities, open spaces, and community gathering places.
